Psychosocial Rehabilitation Services
Who Qualifies
•Persons who need assistance with social interactions/ coping skills/ daily living skills outside of the home setting
•Persons who may not have cognitive ability to engage in the community without support
•Does well in group settings and can participate in office-based services from 9-4pm 3 times per week
•Residential clients/ALF Clients
•DD waivered clients
•Mobile/ Can take own medications/ Can toilet independently
•Persons with Medicaid (UHC, Sentara, Aetna, Molina)
Intensive Outpatient (ASAM 2.1)
Who Qualifies
•Persons who have a SA disorder
•Currently using or in recovery from any substance
•Can participate in a group up to 3 hour for a minimum of 3 days per week in office setting
•Persons with Medicaid (UHC, Sentara, Aetna, Molina)
Outpatient Therapy
Who Qualifies
•Anyone willing to participate in at least one hour of therapy via office or telehealth
•High functioning and low functioning individuals
•Persons with Medicaid (UHC, Sentara, Aetna, Molina)
•Persons with Commercial Insurance with Approval from Insurance
•Cash paying clients
